Chef Norm's BIO
First of all you good folks should know I am not a bone fide chef. I have no formal education in cooking. I actually have a Business degree with a minor in computer sciences and I'm a network engineer / technician by trade.  But, I do really enjoy eating so cooking is the natural progression of that and I seem to have a knack for how flavors fit together. Anyone who has eaten any of my culinary creations have told me so.
I am French/Italian and because of this my wife says I have a need to feed the world.  Since I can't do that, I figured I'd put this web page together and at least show the world how to cook for themselves. ;>)
I simply love Seafood. It does not matter what kind, I love it. I attribute this to my Dad being a commercial fisherman and my growing up in New England. You will notice that I have pages and pages of recipes for Seafood and I hope you all enjoy it.
I'm also a dessert chef with cakes & cheese cakes being my specialty. I've come up with some goodies of my own and collected many goodies off the news groups over the years. So don't forget to take a look at them too!
Take a tour of my site and let me know in the comments section below  what you think and please include anything that I could add to this page. Recipes, Tips, etc. Thanks again for visiting and come back often as I am adding more recipes all the time.
